The day to day functions of the college is managed by Geevaghese Yohannan Charitable Trust, Registered under the provisions of Indian Trust Act, 1882 for an unlimited period. The trust is a council chaired by Chairman and supported by Vice-Chairman. All the management decisions are subject to the approval of the Trust. The important circulars for the college will be initiated from Trust Office. The routine functions of the college are managed by the office maintained at college. The academic functions are regulated by the Principal in consultation with the Trust Office.
