Equal Opportunity Cell (EOC)
The Equal Opportunity Cell (EOC) of the college is constituted with the objective of promoting equality, inclusiveness, and social justice among all sections of students and staff. The Cell ensures that no individual is discriminated against on the basis of caste, creed, religion, gender, disability, socioeconomic background, or any other status.
The EOC works towards creating an inclusive academic environment by identifying and addressing issues related to discrimination and deprivation. It provides guidance, counselling, and support to students belonging to socially and economically disadvantaged groups, including SC/ST, OBC, minorities, persons with disabilities, and first-generation learners.

It also facilitates access to scholarships, remedial coaching, career guidance, and skill development programmes to enhance academic performance and employability of students.
The Equal Opportunity Cell acts as a supportive and grievance-redressal mechanism, ensuring confidentiality and fairness in addressing complaints.
